Please review our return, exchange and refund conditions before placing your order.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, colour preference, personal preference, or ordering mistakes made by the customer.
Returns, exchanges, or refunds are only accepted if:
- The item received is damaged.
- The wrong item was sent.
- The item has a manufacturing defect.
Any claim must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the parcel, together with clear photos/videos and order details.
